An excellent marketer and strategist, Rahul has worked with several industry segments like Medical devices, Medical Tube Manufacturing, Technology and Engineering companies. Rahul is a great ideator and an implementation specialist and has been instrumental in developing the New Solutions Development (NSD) process. Has developed key aspects of the process starting from Portfolio & Life Cycle Management and how Market Research is different for Solutions.
Prior to working with Solutions Insights, Rahul has worked with Teshima as International Market Development Manager in Boston, where he got exposed to medical device markets in US and Europe and because of his previous experience has a keen knowledge of the medical device industry in Asia as well. He has also worked extensively in field marketing and sales with Lumenis and Covidien in India and Sri Lanka.
Rahul has a MBA degree from Hult International Business School, Boston (formerly Arthur D. Little Management Education Institute) and has a M.S. degree in Biotechnology from Amity University
Passionate entrepreneur who was a Management Consultant in US, Shyam has consulted companies including GE, EMC, Cisco, Adobe on customer-centric solutions in the US. Working with technology, manufacturing, telecom, CPG and healthcare industries in USA, Canada and Asia, Shyam has helped the organizations set up the marketing strategies for product launch, product marketing, solutions marketing, worldwide distribution and branding.
In his previous role, as a Management Consultant, Shyam had successful results working with exciting projects such as designing sales and marketing strategies, implementing sales process, creating sales playbooks, go-to-market planning, executing customer reference program, launching new marketing campaigns and executing account based marketing. He helped wide range of companies to move out of its product commoditization in to a more customer-centric approach. In his early career, Shyam worked with Syntel & IBM in Sales & Marketing profile handling accounts in India & US.
As an expert consultant in Digital marketing strategies and with hands on experience and passion towards new technologies, Shyam helped his clients build strong brand presence in the web. He has gained Google Analytics Individual Qualification and Social Media Marketing certifications.
Shyam has an MBA from the Hult International Business School coupled with Harvard University in Boston, MA. He also received his Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Anna University in Chennai.
